From a very early age I had a skill for sewing and making things. After a few career changes and parenthood I returned to my true passion of sewing and I studied for three years in Dress making, Pattern Cutting and Design, achieving a Foundation Award in Art and Design.
I worked for six years for a well-established local interior design company; as part of the team, there I was responsible for making up all the soft furnishings, drapes and small upholstery projects. It was a great start into the world of interiors as I worked on some amazing projects and realized my potential, and desire to make beautiful things.
Now completely focused in this direction I decided to venture out on my own and start up Idina. I have been successfully running the business for five years; with a wealth of local support in the villages of Burwell, Fordham, Soham and Reach and surrounding areas of Newmarket, Cambridge and Ely I am successfully growing Idina year by year.
